I came across twolingos.com while applying for a job online. When they asked where I saw the posting, this site came up as an option. I decided to check it out. After having spent a year working as an English teacher in Costa Rica it supported my previous desires to continue working with Spanish as a bilingual professional. However, upon return from my volunteer gig, I have found work, but am not finding bilingual positions. I find this incredible given the burgeoning hispanic population, espcially in the Pocono Mountains south of New York, where I now live. I have lived in Spain and Costa Rica and have studied Spanish for eight years, with present contacts in Central America. I hope this site can open up some possibilities... or at the very least, keep my fluency up through practice and meeting like-minded individuals!
